Returns (for domestic and international orders)

You have the right to return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving the item (excluding the day of delivery), provided that all of the following conditions are met:

• the item has not been used and retains its original condition, consumer properties, original packaging, labels, and tags;
• proof of purchase is provided (receipt or other payment confirmation).

Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Items

Following Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, the following items are non-returnable:

• underwear, swimwear, hosiery, and socks;
• physical and electronic gift certificates (if the value of selected items is less than the certificate’s nominal value, the difference is not refunded);
• any item that was used, not in its original packaging, damaged, or incomplete due to reasons unrelated to the seller;
• items returned more than 14 calendar days after delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error.
Products damaged through wear and tear, improper use, storage, or transportation are not eligible for exchange.

International Orders

All returns and exchanges are governed by Ukrainian consumer protection law.

In the case of international deliveries:

• return shipping costs, customs duties, and any related charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in advance;
• in the event of a dispute, Ukrainian law will apply unless otherwise required by applicable international agreements.
