Order Placement & Product Price Indication

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.

The main characteristics of the products are shown on each product page on anakonda.skin. The images and the products offered for sale on anakonda.skin may not correspond exactly to the true physical product due to the Internet browser, smart phone or monitor used by the customer.

From time to time, we may price an item or order wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.

If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full.

From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors.

All prices are quoted in UAH and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in Ukraine at that time. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.

Any discount codes issued are subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued, which may include, amongst other things, eligibility of use and maximum order value. If any of the terms and conditions with which the discount codes were issued contradicts these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in respect of the discount code will prevail.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged (and will refund in full any amounts paid by you in respect of the order).

Please check the final price before placing your order. In the event of in the indication - by ANAKONDA  - of the product price or calculation of the amount requested at payment being incorrect, ANAKONDA will reject the order and contact the user to offer them the opportunity to purchase the product or products at the correct price.

The purchase price of the product(s) and the cost for their delivery as indicated on the order summary page will be charged to your account at the moment in which your order is shipped.

ANAKONDA owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights on its website and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All rights are reserved.

Code Of She Role & Responsibilities

When you make a purchase at anakonda.skin, you are directly purchasing that product for the brand or brands that supply that product. We ensure that every product on our site is tagged with our brand that holds the rights to that product.

When you complete a purchase on anakonda.skin, you enter a contract with ANAKONDA which supplies the goods. We provide a platform which we trade our branded goods to you, the consumer. We complete a sale and process payments, refunds and shipping. Once we receive your full payment for an order, we will remove your debt obligation to ANAKONDA for that order.

Shipping is handled directly by ANAKONDA.

Ordering Conditions

By clicking on the ‘Confirm and Pay"’button, you enter into an obligation to pay for the Product(s).

English is the language used for the contract with ANAKONDA and our respective partner’s, customers and staff.

After your order has been placed, we will process your order. You will receive an automatic order confirmation notification from us. This does not constitute acceptance of your order by ANAKONDA nor does a contract between ANAKONDA and the customer exist at this point in time.

ANAKONDA’s acceptance of your order will take place when the we email you to confirm that the order has been dispatched. A contract will come into existence between you and ANAKONDA. The acceptance email represents an electronic purchase order receipt. After entering into a contract, the brand will be under a legal duty to supply you with goods that are in conformity with the contract.

ANAKONDA are not obliged to fulfil an initial order and can reject an order at our or their discretion.

Gifting Terms & Conditions 

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (the Terms) apply to the ANAKONDA Gift
with purchase Promotions available from time to time on www.anakonda.skin (the Website)

2. The Gift

2.1. The gift is as detailed in the promotional advertising.

2.2. The Gift is exclusive of delivery costs.

2.3. The Gift is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the Gift
and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift with a gift of equal or
greater value.

2.4 The Gift cannot be exchanged. 

2.5 In the event that any Product(s) purchased as part of qualifying transaction are returned and the qualifying transaction would therefore fall below the Qualifying Amount, the customer will be required to return the Gift.

2.6. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs and/or expenses in relation to the Gift including (without limitation) travel costs, other than any specifically listed as part of the Gift above and for the specified periods of time (where applicable).

2.7 The Qualifying Amount is the amount after any discounts have been
applied.

2.8. The participant shall not, while using the Gift, display or publicize any
political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing, or content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights).
